Upcoming Bali Couples Retreat | 18 - 23 August 2026 | Five Spaces Avaliable
When Something Feels Off
Couples arrive here from many different places. Some are functioning well on the surface but sense a quiet distance growing. Others are in a more fragile space, unsure whether repair is still possible.
Conversations escalate more quickly.
Misunderstandings linger longer.
Intimacy feels thinner.
You may still care deeply for one another. You may also recognise that the way you relate is no longer working the way it once did. This retreat offers a structured space to pause, understand what is happening between you, and choose how to move forward.

The Setting
This retreat is held in a private five-bedroom villa in the heart of Seminyak, offering complete privacy in a calm, tropical setting.
Surrounded by gardens and water features, the villa combines modern design with a relaxed Balinese atmosphere. The space is intentionally exclusive. For the duration of the retreat, the entire property is reserved for participants.
Each couple has their own spacious bedroom with an en-suite spa-style bathroom. The open-plan living areas allow for both structured group sessions and quiet private conversations. Air conditioning throughout ensures comfort, and daily housekeeping allows you to focus fully on the work.
Outside, a large private pool and tropical garden provide space to decompress between sessions. Afternoons can be spent resting on sun loungers, walking nearby beaches, or simply sitting together without interruption.
The environment matters.
When you step out of your daily surroundings and into a contained, peaceful setting, your nervous system settles. Perspective returns. Conversations deepen.
For five days, your relationship becomes the priority.

What Couples Say
These reflections come from couples who have worked with me in structured relationship programmes and therapeutic settings.

Why a Five-Day Intensive Can Change More Than Weekly Therapy
Most couples try to improve their relationship in the margins of life. A weekly session, a late night conversation, a promise to “communicate better” once things calm down.
But real change requires focus.
Five uninterrupted days in a new environment allows you to step out of daily pressure and go deeper than an hour a week ever can. You identify your relational pattern clearly, practise new dialogue skills immediately, and integrate what you learn before returning home.

“Stefanie is warm, kind and accepting.
She makes people feel safe to tell their own perspective and she was encouraging and patient taking us through each step. Thank you Stephanie – I am really very grateful."
