What This Workshop Is About?

Keeping the Love You Find is a transformational workshop designed for people who are single, recently separated, or intentionally pausing between relationships and who want to do things differently next time.

This workshop offers a powerful opportunity to deepen your understanding of yourself and the relational patterns you bring into intimate partnerships. Drawing on the core principles of Imago Relationship Therapy, you’ll learn practical skills for conscious communication, intentional listening, and clear self-expression—skills that form the foundation of emotionally safe, lasting relationships.

Through guided reflection and experiential exercises, you’ll explore how your early life experiences shaped your relational blueprint—often unconsciously influencing who you’re drawn to, how you respond to conflict, and what feels familiar in love. With this awareness comes choice: the ability to step out of old patterns and into more secure, connected ways of relating.

This is not about analysing the past for its own sake. It’s about equipping you with insight, language, and tools so that when you next choose a partner, you do so with clarity, self-trust, and intention.
