At The Couples Shed, we provide the highest Quality Couples Coaching, Couples Counselling, and Couples Therapy.

With over 25 years of experience and specialist counselling training in Imago and Gottman Therapy, Family Therapy, CBT, and Art Therapy, we offer a completely confidential, age- gender- sexual orientation- and culture-inclusive support service for anyone seeking help and support for themselves and their relationship/s.

We provide Individual Counselling, Youth Counselling (14 years+), Couples Therapy, Family Counselling, Individual Clinical Supervision for Professionals and  Group Clinical Supervision.

We offer In-Home Intensives and  In-Home Visits (minimum 1.5 hours)
These services are offered through Zoom, by phone and, in person in my office in Titirangi, Auckland, New Zealand.

Additionally, we provide a limited number of early morning and after hour appointments.
